SUMMER Meet and Eat! Yes, we have a SUMMER Meet and Eat! It's never too soon to start earning funds for the EEU. On Tuesday, July, 14, we will have a Meet and Eat at Slater's 50/50 - Burgers by Design in Anaheim Hills. Click here for the flyer. You must bring in the flyer for the EEU to get credit. Check the CALENDAR for all summer practices and rehersals. Band Camp starts August 13th with all Freshman and all student leaders, including section leaders. See you all then! . Recycling Helps the EEUPlease bring in any used-up ink cartridge and drop them off in the cubbies next to the front door to the band room. We challenge you to "THINK GREEN", as in earth friendly and making money! Bring those cartridges to the band room cubby for EEU to recycle. (Pile several into one box/bag!) SUMMER PRACTICES Summer practices are underway! Check the calendar for a full listing of summer practices for the Colorguard and Drumline. IMPORTANT NEWS! We have a NEW Assistant Director. He is Mr. Mark Gunderson! Mr. Gunderson has been working with Mr. Davis with the Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corp. He is a California native and graduated from CSUF with a degree in Music Education and a Master of Music degree in Conducting. He was most recently at Diamond Bar High School in Diamond Bar. His speciality is with the brass instruments. His main instrument is the trombone. All of us at the EEU would like to welcome Mr. Gunderson to Esperanza and wish him a very successful year.
